Closet Share Policies & Procedures
Before creating an account and utilizing our services, please read and acknowledge the following policies. By creating an account, you agree to these terms and conditions.
General Terms:
- Final Sale: All items purchased through Closet Share, whether through Tier 1 (free items) or Tier 2 (purchased items), are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted.
- Tier 1 Blue Tokens: All accounts will be credited with blue tokens on a weekly basis. Blue tokens allow for access to free items (up to 10 per week) and must be used within the limits specified.
- Warranty: All items are sold as-is, with no warranty regarding the description or condition of the products provided.
- Golden Tokens: In the event of any unforeseen closures or operational changes at Closet Share, golden tokens will be deemed null and void. Closet Share is not responsible for any unredeemed or unused golden tokens.
- Mistakes in Orders: Closet Share does not take responsibility for any mistakes in orders, whether they occur due to an error in item selection or system malfunction. We encourage all users to carefully review their orders before completing the checkout process.
- Lost or Stolen Deliveries: If an order is lost or stolen after it has been delivered, Closet Share cannot be held liable. Please ensure that delivery arrangements are secure.
- Eligibility: Our program is open to all residents within the Greater Sudbury area. Closet Share is committed to providing affordable and free clothing options to the community.
- Terms and Conditions: Closet Share reserves the right to modify its terms, conditions, policies, and procedures at any time without prior notice.
Pickup and Delivery:
- Order Pickup: Orders must be picked up within 72 hours of notification. Any orders not collected within this timeframe will be marked as cancelled and returned to the Closet Share inventory for other users to access.
- Delivery Conditions: Closet Share offers a delivery option for convenience. However, once the order has been marked as delivered, Closet Share is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
By using Closet Share, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies. Failure to
comply may result in restricted access or suspension of your account.
