1. Eligibility & Accounts
• Membership is open to individuals residing in Canada.
• Each household may maintain only one account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension or termination.
• Members are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and any activity that occurs under their account.

2. Token System
• Blue Tokens provide free weekly items to eligible members.
• Gold Tokens may be purchased for premium items at posted rates.
• Tokens are non-refundable, non-transferable, and hold no cash value.
• Closet Share reserves the right to adjust token allocations to ensure fairness and sustainability.

3. Orders, Weights & Pricing
• All clothing weights are based on average standardized weights provided by Closet Share.
• Weights are always rounded up for consistency and shipping calculations.
• Prices, fees, and token requirements may change without prior notice.
• Closet Share staff make the final determination of item weights and values.

4. Pick-Up Policy
• Orders must be picked up within 72 hours of confirmation.
• Failure to pick up within the time limit will result in the order being cancelled and items returned to inventory.
• Tokens or payments associated with cancelled orders are non-refundable.
• Members must present valid identification or the confirmation email at pickup.

5. Shipping Policy
• Shipping costs are based on Closet Share’s average weight system.
• Once an order has been processed for shipping, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Tracking information will be provided when available.
• Closet Share is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges
• All sales are final. Items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to the nature of donated goods.
• If an incorrect item is received, Closet Share must be notified within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

7. Donations
• Closet Share accepts clothing, shoes, belts, and jewelry only.
• Items must be clean and in wearable condition. Closet Share reserves the right to decline any donation.
• Household items, toys, and unapproved goods will not be accepted.

8. Community Standards
• Closet Share is a community-driven nonprofit. Members must treat staff, volunteers, and other participants with dignity and respect.
• Abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

9. Privacy & Data Use
• Closet Share collects only the information necessary to process memberships, orders, and donations.
• We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.
• By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Closet Share reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Carrier delays or loss of shipments,
• Member misuse of clothing or items,
• Technical errors or website downtime.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with Closet Share’s services is to discontinue use of the website.
