Sign up free, and every week you get 10 free clothing items (your Blue Tokens). Choose free local pickup in Sudbury, or have your order shipped anywhere in Canada for a small fee. Want designer or premium pieces? Unlock them with a Gold Token.

Blue Tokens are your 10 free weekly items. Gold Tokens ($5 each, or as little as $3 in a 5-pack) unlock our premium and designer pieces. Tokens have no cash value and can't be refunded, sold, or transferred.

No! You can always choose free local pickup in Sudbury. If you'd like your order delivered, shipping is a small fee based on our average-weight system, and we ship Canada-wide.

When your order is ready, you'll get a "Ready for Pickup" notification (email or text). Please pick up within 72 hours and bring your order number or confirmation. After 72 hours, orders may be cancelled and items returned to inventory. If a delay was on our end, just reach out — we'll work with you.

Because everything is donated, all sales are final — we're unable to offer returns or exchanges. If you ever receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery and we'll make it right.

Every item is donated, then inspected, cleaned and photographed by our team. As second-hand pieces, some may show normal wear or carry scents (detergent, storage, etc.). We recommend washing items before wearing, especially if you have allergies or scent sensitivities.

Yes — thank you! We happily accept clean, usable clothing, shoes, purses & bags, belts, jewelry and accessories. We're unable to accept household items, toys, furniture, or anything wet, soiled, or unsafe. Get in touch to arrange a donation.

Membership is open to anyone living in Canada. We ask for one account per household to keep things fair for everyone.

Everything from XS to 3XL+, across Women's, Men's, Kids, Baby, Bags, Hats and more — all filterable right on the shop. New pieces are added every single day.
